The works in the shop selection are already made and cannot be personalised. CreativeVANE has a separate route: enquire about a bespoke project from her artist page. An enquiry is not an order or payment.

Current listings refer to one sealed box. Photographs may show the whole series: not every character pictured is included.

Surprise boxes contain a random character. You cannot choose it, multiple boxes may include duplicates and a rare character is not guaranteed.

Delivery within the European Union is planned: €3.99 standard and €6.99 for islands. Standard delivery is free for orders over €99. Free delivery above €99 includes islands. Timings will be confirmed before launch.

The bag distinguishes the two availability types. Mixed-order delivery rules will be stated before purchases are enabled; we do not promise immediate dispatch of the whole order.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. If possible keep the packaging and useful photographs. Assistance for a defect or fulfilment error is distinct from changing your mind and does not limit your legal guarantee.

Consumer online purchases generally allow 14 days from delivery to notify withdrawal. See Returns and withdrawal for the procedure and conditions. “Handmade” and “to order” do not automatically mean personalised.
