Data, purposes and legal bases
The form collects your name, email, topic and message to respond to your enquiry. Required fields are necessary to handle it; without them you cannot use the form. Pre-contractual enquiries rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); other correspondence relies on the legitimate interest in handling communications received, Article 6(1)(f). This does not subscribe you to newsletters or advertising. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. Do not include payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Recipients and services
Sidewalk receives enquiries through Wix Forms, accessible to the controller and authorised collaborators, if any. The CreativeVANE form collects an enquiry for Sidewalk: it does not automatically forward your details to the artist. Wix provides form and contact infrastructure. Pages are hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure; technical providers may process connection information, such as IP address and browser information, for delivery and security. We do not sell visitors’ data.
Retention
Messages and contact information are kept for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and its follow-up. Once that purpose ends, information no longer needed must be deleted, except where retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. The period therefore depends on the nature and outcome of the correspondence.
External services and transfers
Photos may also be served by Wix and Shopify; fonts and the map are hosted with the pages. Social links are external and do not embed feeds. Wix may process data in Israel and other countries through its subprocessors, subject to the safeguards described in its data processing agreement and subprocessor list. Transfers outside the EEA are subject to GDPR safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, depending on the service.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Contact the privacy email above. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
Device storage
Any previously saved bag retains product identifiers and quantities in your browser until removal or deletion of website data. Form submission uses a technical Wix visitor identity. This version does not include advertising or analytics tools added by Sidewalk. Updated 7 September 2026; this notice will be updated before new services or sales are introduced.
