A moment to begin again
In March 2020, Vanessa Capitini’s everyday routine changed abruptly. Time away from work also brought her back to something she had learnt as a child: building and painting. Supported by her partner and mother, that practice began filling her days again.
Choosing a different path
When returning to her former job became possible, Vanessa chose to invest in her art. CreativeVane grew from that decision: carefully built dioramas, experimentation and the wish to turn a passion into a future. Her hope for a dedicated workspace took shape in a studio.
Cinema inside a miniature world
Films, television series and nerd culture inspire her miniature worlds. Rooms, landscapes and familiar details become scenes to explore. Sidewalk presents examples from her portfolio: bespoke projects begin with a conversation, rather than a catalogue of ready-to-buy works.
